ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

EAN-13 vs. ISBN-10
As of January 1, 2007, the book industry shifted from 10-digit ISBNs to 13-digit EANs. As book editions are updated in various printing and distribution systems, the 10-digit ISBNs will phase out in favor of the 13-digit EANs. Both numbers represent the same book. When in doubt about which number to use, search by a book’s title, author, or current publisher. Some retailer databases also refer to the EAN or ISBN as an ASIN or SKU.
